I beg to disagree because even a housewife has a skill that she may offer or share with other housewives. Is it really their choice? Or is it only just because opportunity did not present itself to them? Now, what if your skills can earn you a crypto even during traffic hours, even when you are just staying at home, a PWD, or any status you have now, would you be joining a program, a project or a platform? (Remember that cryptocurrencies now are really popular and unlike FIAT or paper money that are affected by inflation, values may increase overtime.) With Vanywhere, time can turn into cryptocurrency. Remember that you need to verify your EON account before you can use it for Moneybookers by entering the correct dollar amount debited during the verification process.
If your EON account is not yet verified then find a reliable person from whom you can buy Moneybookers fund.
When i tried to verify my card to moneybooker, there is a question if your going to use the card for gaming or just buying stuff. I check the box for gaming. then it gave me an failed error message. My card is good, and have sufficient balance. I also use this card for paypal and i don't have any problem with it. I dont know anyone who have a moneybooker account. Also i already called Union bank techsupport and they told me that they don't have any restriction for gambling .
Many thanks!
You’ll also get a free 2GO Cargo Coupon when you link your card to PayPal.

First, is to call the customer service. If they gave you two rates and since you used the card to purchase, I presume you will use the selling rate.
Second, and which I recommend to avoid guessing the rates, is to buy another product worth $1 with your EON card immediately after you were charged. Use the amount charged for your $1 purchase as the divisor.
If days had already passed, then, the only way is to call the Customer Service and ask what was the exchange rate on the date the debit was made.
