VANYWHERE — Turn Time and Skills to Cryptocurrencies That Pays Bills

Image
I hear some people saying they don’t have skills for any job so they tend to stick on what is there even if it is a low-paying job. Stuck on a job which they hate until they retire. I beg to disagree because even a housewife has a skill that she may offer or share with other housewives. Is it really their choice? Or is it only just because opportunity did not present itself to them? Now, what if your skills can earn you a crypto even during traffic hours, even when you are just staying at home, a PWD, or any status you have now, would you be joining a program, a project or a platform? (Remember that cryptocurrencies now are really popular and unlike FIAT or paper money that are affected by inflation, values may increase overtime.) With Vanywhere, time can turn into cryptocurrency. Real people, real skills, real time! Vanywhere is a skill-sharing platform that connects people who are seeking and offering skills via live video, voice & chat Well, ...

Online Shopping at Lazada

Image
It was such a long time ago when most of the people I know do not want to shop online because of fear that their credit card details will be stolen and misused. With establishment of Sulit, Ensogo, MetroDeal, Lazada and budget air fares that can only be availed when purchased online, more and more are shopping online. Not only because shopping online saves effort and time, but also a few to thousands of pesos. Each of the above mentioned websites have deals to offer.  Lazada  is like a big department store similar to Amazon and eBay and among Filipinos, it is slowly gaining a reputation of being a reliable online shopping site. Aside from the option of paying cash on delivery, exchange of items when needed are also a breeze. Should you find yourself lazy to wrestle with the traffic caused by the holiday season, why not visit Lazasa? You might find the gifts you needed right at tablet or PC and delivered at your own home.

Pinterest for Business

Image
Do you know that Pinterest has offered free business account to some of it's users? I received an email way, way back that my account has qualified as a business account and that Pinterest is offering free conversion. It says, "Get discovered by millions of people looking for things to plan, buy and do." Will a business account help me get more clients? Well, I hope so. I have not fully utilized yet Pinterest's capabilities to my advantage but with it's growing number of users, I might as well. If ever I'd be able to get a client because of Pinterest, I'll be updating this post. Wish me luck :)

Manila's First Angelhack Hackaton Event Successful

Image
AngelHack Manila, the first ever Philippine hackaton event was successfully held last June 8 and 9, 2013 at the Voyager Innovations' Ortigas office. More than 250 participants signed up to "the largest group of hackaton participants" and pitched about fifty 50 projects. I, myself, was excited when I read AngelHack Philippines Ambassador Elaine Cedillo 's post. So, What is AngelHack? From AngelHack's website, "AngelHack organizes hackathon competitions for web developers and entrepreneurs, called AngelHacks, where they can learn developer tools, meet new friends, and receive funding and mentorship for their startup ideas. In 2013, AngelHack will organize 100 hackathons, bringing together 15,000+ developers in 50+ cities. Winners from every city are put through the AngelHack Accelerator Program, where we mentor them for 12 weeks before bringing them out to Silicon Valley to raise investment and introduce them to incubators."
